The next step is learning how to leverage analytics and the payroll data to impact your organization's bottom line positively. Intermediate Payroll Analytics will help you demonstrate the importance of analytics and data in timekeeping and payroll operations. Additionally, you will learn how analytics can be used during the payroll process to assist your organization in creating the perfect payroll with no errors. These payroll analytics supply the data for your payroll department's key performance indicators so you can track the payroll department's performance. By attending this course, you will:
- Recognize analytic best practices, including governance, benefits of a data warehouse, and organizational readiness
- Identify data best practices for your organization, including privacy, security, cyberattack protection, and data literacy
