APA is pleased to introduce you to the new Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division (WHD) at the U.S. Department of Labor, Cheryl Stanton. She will provide an update on wage and hour issues, including her priorities as Administrator, upcoming overtime rules, Payroll Audit Independent Determination (PAID) program, modernized compliance assistance, and future plans of the WHD.
