Closing General Session

Overview

This year the APA has engaged with 21 states on issues such as tip reporting, income tax withholding and remittance, creditor garnishments, data privacy, and much more. At the federal level, APA has worked on implementing the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, renewing the Higher Education Act, and expanding the capabilities of the Child Support Portal. Hear how these issues impact educational institutions.
